University's Mission
Our Mission is to deliver quality food and services to our valued customers.
We strive to support The University’s mission as a comprehensive Catholic university,
a diverse community committed, in the Marianist tradition, to educating the whole
person and to linking learning and scholarship with leadership and service. We embrace
the heritage of the Marianist spirit by promoting a welcoming and inclusive sense
of hospitality as a reflection of the institution's commitment to community.
Our Vision is to remain on the leading edge of excellence in the food service
industry by engaging our skills, our knowledge and our creativity. We will strive
for excellence and anticipate the consumers’ needs.
