Faculty / Staff Welcome Back - Join Dining Services, Daniel Curran, Joseph Saliba, and Thomas Burkhardt as Guest Chefs in the Barrett Dining Room on Wednesday from 12 - 1 PM

University Dining Services operates three (3) full-service dining facilities, two gourmet snack shoppes, a mini grocery store, and a convenience store
  • Kennedy Union, Virginia Kettering and The Crest are a la carte food courts offering carryout as well. In addition, Kennedy Union offers a weekday lunch service at the To Go Bistro. Kennedy Union, Virginia Kettering and The Crest are open seven (7) days a week and The Crest offers services until 2:00 am.

 

  • Dining Services newest outlets are the Galley, the Emporium, Stuart's Landing and the Chill. The Galley, located in Kennedy Union, features gourmet pretzels, ice cream and coffees. The Emporium is a mini mart with a full service deli and is located in the University's new resident facility, Marianist Hall. Stuart's Landing (formerly known as Rudy's On The Hill) is a convenience store located in Stuart Hall Complex. The Chill is a juice bar with a wide variety of healthy options and is located in the Rec Plex.

 

  • The Department of Dining Services offers a wide variety of options with menus that feature daily specialties, soups, salads, sweets, pizza, stir-fry, southwest, charbroiled, and deli items. Menu platforms include vegetarian options. Food quality and service is monitored by a large student-based market research group. The department staffs a registered dietitian, Ms. Wylan Ganote, who is available to all students and faculty/staff for nutrition counseling and to discuss any special diet/food related concerns including menu modification programs.
